I'm Adrian Chenault, an entrepreneur and technology executive, and today I'm VP of Product at Nowsite. I build products around a simple belief: growth happens through real relationships, not gimmicks or shortcuts. Here's what has my attention right now.
Leading product at Nowsite
I help lead the development of AI-powered marketing tools for entrepreneurs in direct sales. The goal is easy to say and hard to execute well: help people market themselves online, strengthen relationships, and sell more, while still sounding like themselves. A lot of that work right now is about moving direct sellers beyond one-size-fits-all replicated websites toward custom, adaptive sales pages they can spin up in seconds, without giving up brand control or compliance.
Closing the three gaps behind why people quit
I keep coming back to a pattern I've watched for years: the distributors who walk away usually aren't lazy, and the problem isn't motivation. They get stuck on three things, who to talk to, what to say, and when to follow up. Right now I'm focused on building systems that close those three gaps and take the guesswork out, so people stay in the game instead of stalling out.
Learning from brands that earn trust
I've become a big fan of the Savannah Bananas and their owner, Jesse Cole. What stuck with me from his story is how slowly the town of Savannah embraced the team at first, and how they won people over by taking nothing for granted and creating real wins for the community until it embraced them back. It's a lesson I carry into product work: brand trust comes from consistency and genuine connection, not shortcuts.
Beyond work
When I'm not heads-down on product, my priorities are family, pickleball, and a great cup of coffee. I try to stay curious, active, and present, because I believe success should support a full life, not crowd it out.
